for all of you looking for a hotel: I just booked a room at this hotel which is only 3.1 km from Französische Straße 33 and not too expensive (single room oct. 17-19 = total price 84 Euro including all taxes) seemed like an okay deal.

you just choose "I'm attending" on the top of te page from the right side and you automatically appears on the list :)

@wiktor you can attend all events, but if you are in this list you don´t need to be in the other day events. That would be a double booking.

And we try to get as many Campers into BCBerlin3, therefore:
"Fight the doublettes!" ;-)

@Jodi I know what you mean and we had long discussions on this topic! Indeed, we changed the rules. This list is for those who need to plan their trips in advance. It's not a matter of nationality but of permanent residence.

@Wiktor You will have to register for the evening events as well. This list only grants access to the un-conference on Saturday and Sunday

this makes no sense!

if you say in the first paragraph to use that list as an international participant and this including foreigners in germany, then say that we are not allowed to join the international list, this is a contradiction.

also, it is a change in the rules of last year. i attended as an international guest and have said all along, that i intended to register as such again, because i do not consider myself a national participant.

anyway, it screwed up things for me. and i am a bit upset about it.

One more time: Every Foreigner (holder of a foreign passport) living inside Germany will be requested to leave this attendee list! (and we mean it)! This extra space is reserved for those who have to plan long trips to Berlin!

By adding your name to this list we're granting you access to the main events on Saturday and Sunday. The space for our party events is very limited. If you want to join our evening events (Welcome Party, Night of the BarCamps), please add your name to the regular list (there won't be an extra list for people coming from abroad)! Even if the evening events are fully booked. Add your name to the waiting list. We're working hard to release more place as soon as possible!
